About Global Shared Services Center, India: Brink's Global Shared Services Center (GSS) in Hyderabad is a critical enabler of the company's global transformation and operating model evolution. The center brings together specialized capabilities across Human Resources, Finance, Technology, and other enterprise functions to deliver integrated, end-to-end services that support global business priorities. The center is designed to enable standardized processes, scalable service delivery, and stronger cross-functional collaboration. Teams in GSS partner closely with global stakeholders to drive efficiency, improve quality, design and scale next generation services, and deliver consistent outcomes across markets. Business Unit Description: This role sits within HR Operations, a team that plays a key role in supporting Brink's global workforce and advancing enterprise HR priorities. The function is responsible for delivering efficient, scalable HR services and ensuring consistent execution of core people processes, partnering across global HR, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders to deliver seamless employee experiences and reliable HR operations at scale. As part of Brink's global operating model, the team helps drive consistency, efficiency, and service excellence, enabling the business to operate more effectively and support employees across the full lifecycle. What You'll Be Doing (Position Summary): The Digital Enablement & Vendor Management Lead will drive value from external partnerships and HR technologies by governing vendor performance and advancing digital capabilities. This role will ensure strong contract management, effective oversight, and continuous enhancement of the employee and service experience. This role will help shape a more consistent, scalable, and employee-focused HR service model. The role will work across HR Operations, Centers of Excellence, technology partners, and service delivery teams to translate strategy into practical execution, improve service quality, and support a better experience for employees, managers, and HR stakeholders. How You'll Succeed (Roles & Responsibilities): Success in this role requires both strong execution and the ability to operate effectively in a global, evolving environment. You will: Act as the single point of vendor governance across MSP and third-party HR technology providers.Manage vendor scorecards, renewals, and performance metrics in partnership with Procurement and IT.Consolidate vendor data and performance metrics to drive transparency and continuous improvement.Partner with HR Technology and Service Excellence to plan and execute digital enablement initiatives.Support automation, analytics, and employee-experience enhancements aligned with HR priorities.Evaluate emerging digital tools and technologies for potential adoption and scalability.Translate functional requirements into practical processes, documentation, knowledge content, and service delivery routines that can be executed consistently.Partner with HR Operations, Centers of Excellence, HR Technology, Service Excellence, and MSP teams to resolve issues, improve service quality, and support transformation priorities.Monitor service performance, escalations, adoption, and feedback to identify opportunities for standardization and continuous improvement.Support implementation of new or changed HR processes by coordinating readiness, communications, training, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.Maintain a strong focus on compliance, data integrity, employee experience, and operational discipline across regions and delivery channels.Set priorities, manage workplans or team routines, and ensure commitments are delivered with quality and accountability.Coach, guide, or .
