Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive/Manager to oversee both human resources and administrative functions in our multi-specialty hospital. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, manage HR processes, maintain compliance, and support a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities Human Resources - Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction. - Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation. - Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance. - Handle employee relations, performance management, and grievance resolution. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and hospital HR policies. - Organize staff training, engagement activities, and performance reviews. Administration - Oversee daily administrative and facility operations. - Manage housekeeping, security, maintenance, and vendor coordination. - Monitor office and hospital inventory, procurement, and asset records. - Ensure timely maintenance of equipment and administrative infrastructure. - Maintain statutory records and support hospital accreditation and compliance requirements. - Coordinate with all departments to ensure efficient hospital operations. Requirements - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospital Administration, or a related field. - 25 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in a healthcare or hospital environment. - Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and administrative processes. - Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/software.
