We're Hiring: HRMS Software Implementation & Project Coordinator Location: Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur (Work from Office) We are looking for a professional to lead the implementation and enhancement of our HRMS software. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with the outsourced software development team for new features and enhancements. - Gather business requirements from internal stakeholders and convert them into clear functional requirements. - Review and validate development deliverables before deployment. - Perform software testing (UAT), identify bugs, and coordinate their resolution. - Lead the implementation of new modules and ensure smooth user adoption. - Provide user training and ongoing support to HR and other departments. - Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements. Preferred Skills: - Experience with HRMS/HRIS, Payroll, Attendance, and Leave Management Systems. - Strong understanding of software testing, implementation, and project coordination. - Excellent communication and documentation skills. - Basic understanding of SQL, APIs, or software development concepts will be an added advantage. Experience: 25 Years Immediate Joiners Preferred .
