Role & responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding Attendance & Payroll HR Operations Statutory Compliance Contract Labour Management Mediclaim Insurance Disciplinary Action Canteen Management House Keeping Management Security Management Guest House / Hotel Management Preferred candidate profile MBA (HR) / MHRM / MSW (HR) or equivalent. 3-6 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a manufacturing industry. Knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and statutory compliance. Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance, and HR operations. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS/SAP. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities Experience in factory or manufacturing environments. Familiarity with contract labour management and industrial relations. Experience handling audits and compliance documentation. .
