We're Hiring: Part-Time HR & Compliance Executive (Remote | Karnataka) Serenial Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Part-Time HR & Compliance Executive to help us establish and manage our HR, labor, company, and IT-related compliance framework as we expand our operations. Location Remote (Candidates based in Karnataka preferred) Employment Type Part-Time Flexible working hours Key Responsibilities Set up and maintain HR policies and employee documentation. Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and Karnataka labor regulations. Handle company compliance related to employment and statutory requirements. Develop and implement IT HR policies, employee handbooks, SOPs, and compliance processes. Manage onboarding, offboarding, offer letters, appointment letters, and HR records. Coordinate payroll, statutory filings, and employee compliance documentation. Support recruitment and HR operations as required. Mandatory Requirements Proven experience in HR compliance for IT companies. Strong knowledge of Labor Laws, HR Compliance, Company Compliance, and IT Compliance. Experience setting up HR processes and compliance from the ground up. Excellent documentation and communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
