Associate Trademark Watch AnalystWe are looking for an Associate Trademark Watch Analyst to join our highly regarded Global Trademark team at Clarivate, Noida. This is an amazing opportunity to work with a global team required for successful trademark of clients IP rights. The team consists of 1215 colleagues and reports to the Operations Manager. Who You AreMinimum of a bachelors degree.02 years of experience in operations.Excellent written and verbal communication in English.Good interpretation and comprehension skills.Proficient in MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word.Selfstarter with the ability to multitask and prioritize across projects to meet deadlines.Attention to detail, resultsoriented, enthusiastic, determined to achieve and shows commitment.Interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and with a team.Trademark experience (preferred).Advanced MS Office skills Excel knowledge.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze research requests and develop an effective search strategy based on trademark, goods similarity, and international classifications, as well as product scope.Formulate queries using various search engines such as Google and Compur Mark proprietary databases to retrieve pertinent references that show potentially confusing or infringing uses of device and word trademarks, domain names, and/or business names.Analyze data retrieved and select the most pertinent references for inclusion on trademark research reports for delivery to customers.Work with mentors to ensure research approach results in high quality trademark research reports.Provide internal feedback and recommendations to management on opportunities to improve quality or processes.Complete trademark research reports or other assignments in a timely manner according to the turnaround schedule promised to the customer or internal deadline.Complete applicable training to learn all jobrelevant systems and information, such as Trademark Fundamentals, Hit Selection, Introduction to IRIS application, Introduction to Products, Overview of the Customers, or other specialized database/product training.Manage daily production including completing all assigned trademark research tasks according to expected delivery time frame.Ensure search and/or watch reports are completed within the timeframe promised to the client or internal deadline.Meet business expectations or standards such as Efficiency, Quality and Utilization.Support team and contribute to team objectives for all fundamental activities including research and customer support.Maintain an active understanding of the intellectual property (IP) industry and online research and grow knowledge of relevant technologies/services/industry events to improve personal skills and gain a better understanding of customer needs.Perform additional duties as required.Job DetailsHours of Work: 40 working hours a week with flexible time between 08:00AM 08:00PM (IST). Permanent role, MondayFriday. This position is part of the Global Trademark team, responsible for trademark customers portfolio to ensure safety of their IP rights.
