This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled social media manager to build and grow the online presence of a dynamic beauty brand specializing in human hair wigs, bundles, closures, and frontals. The role involves developing a comprehensive social media strategy from the ground up, with a focus on brand awareness, audience engagement, and customer acquisition. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the brands digital identity and expanding its reach to new customers in a competitive market. Deliverables Develop and implement a tailored social media strategy aligned with brand goals and target audience. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). Grow and manage the brands online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner. Monitor analytics to track growth, engagement, and campaign effectiveness, providing regular performance reports. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing initiatives. Identify and leverage trends, influencers, and partnerships to maximize reach and impact. Requirements Proven experience managing social media for beauty, fashion, or e-commerce brands. Strong portfolio demonstrating successful brand-building and audience growth. Expertise in content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling. Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms. Up-to-date knowledge of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Based in London or able to work remotely with availability for regular updates.
