The role includes structured classroom and online/LMS trainings followed by supervised on-the-job practice to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with periodic updates to claim guidelines and client requirements. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to build expertise in healthcare operations through guided learning and coaching. Qualifications Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline. 01 year of experience preferred; freshers may also apply. Basic computer literacy and ability to work with standard processing systems. Required Technical & Behavioral Skills Flexibility to work in shifts as per business requirements. Ability to follow SOPs, process guidelines, and workflow instructions after training.
