Motor Claim Surveyor

Role Description This is a full-time, Motor Claim Surveyor role based in Remote, OR. The Motor Claim Surveyor will assess vehicle damage for insurance claims, conduct inspections, and document findings with clear reports and photographic evidence. The role involves evaluating repair estimates, verifying coverage, coordinating with repair facilities, and providing accurate recommendations on claim settlements. The Motor Claim Surveyor will collaborate closely with claims teams, policyholders, and partners, ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements, and support the integration of AI-based inspection solutions into the survey process. Qualifications Language: Tamil (Mandatory) | Malayalam/Kannada (Preferred) Strong skills in motor vehicle damage assessment, claim evaluation, and report writing. Ability to interpret repair estimates, parts lists, and service documentation with attention to detail. Comfort with using digital tools, mobile apps, and AI-based inspection platforms for data capture and analysis. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with policyholders, repair centers, and internal claims teams. Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inspections and meet deadlines. Knowledge of auto insurance processes, claim workflows, and relevant regulations is highly beneficial. Prior experience as a motor surveyor, claims adjuster, or in automotive repair/inspection is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in automotive technology or insurance is an advantage.
