Were seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, POM Technical Product Management to join our Digital Channel Platform team. This role is located in Pune In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways: Own and execute product roadmap items aligned to teams vision and OKRs Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery milestones Drive sprint execution in partnership with engineering and design teams Ensure timely delivery of features with high quality and reliability Improve end-to-end user journeys (discovery, onboarding, usage, and support) Drive enhancements across UI/UX, navigation, and developer experience Identify opportunities to increase engagement and platform usage Collaborate with product, platform, and business teams to align priorities Ensure consistent messaging and experience across platforms Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership Work closely with engineering on platform capabilities (API onboarding, search, subscriptions, authentication) Support integration with backend systems Drive improvements in API documentation, onboarding flows, and developer tooling Ensure product decisions align with technical feasibility and scalability Ensure adherence to security, risk, and compliance requirements Support backlog prioritization for technical debt, vulnerabilities, and stability improvements Manage production issues, escalations, and continuous improvement cycles Maintain release readiness and operational resilience Leverage analytics (e.g., user funnels, search behavior, engagement data) to inform decisions Use customer feedback loops to refine product features and roadmap Contribute to AI-driven enhancements (search, chatbot, personalization) To be successful in this role, were seeking the following: Candidate should have 10-13 years of total experience Strong understanding of agile delivery and product lifecycle management Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, business) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Analytical mindset with focus on data-driven decision-making Familiarity with API ecosystems, developer platforms, or SaaS products preferred Product execution and delivery ownership Customer-centric thinking and user journey design Technical acumen (APIs, platform architecture, integrations) Collaboration and influencing skills Problem-solving and decision-making Adaptability and continuous learning mindset .
