Role OverviewYou will be responsible for directly communicating with customers to address and resolve overdue payments, utilizing various communication tools for reminders and negotiations. It will be essential to maintain accurate interaction logs, reconcile accounts, and provide exceptional customer service while monitoring credit limits and escalating unresolved accounts when necessary. Key ResponsibilitiesInitiate contact with customers through phone calls, emails, and letters to address overdue accounts.Send payment reminders and followup messages to ensure timely payments.Negotiate payment plans that benefit both the customer and the company.Respond to customer inquiries regarding outstanding debts and resolve billing disputes.Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and update account information accordingly.Maintain detailed records of customer communications and agreements.Provide highquality customer service and professionalism in all interactions.Conduct credit limit reviews and elevate unresolved accounts when needed.Collaborate with colleagues to identify solutions and best practices.Flag any operational challenges to the immediate supervisor promptly.Qualification RequiredBachelor's or Postgraduate degree in fields such as Commerce, Computer Science, or Business Administration with a focus on finance.Intermediate certification in Chartered Accountancy (C.A. Inter) or Cost and Works Accountancy (C.W.A. Inter).Minimum of 50% aggregate scores in academic pursuits.2-5 years of relevant work experience in Order to Cash process.Proficient understanding of accounting and financial principles.Experience with financial software and ERP systems like SAP or Oracle. .
