We are looking for a goal-oriented professional with 13 years of experience in US-style B2B lead generation to join our team in Mohali, Punjab. Key Responsibilities & KPIs: - Outbound Cold Calling: 110+ calls/day to the US market with a target of 5+ qualified leads per week. - Email Campaigns: 80 emails/day maintaining a 5% response rate. - LinkedIn Prospecting: 20 new connections/week and setting 3+ demos. - CRM & Reporting: 100% data hygiene and submission of daily activity logs. - Lead Hand-off: Ensuring a 4-hour SLA for transfers to the sales team. Qualifications : - Graduate or Postgraduate degree (Sales/Marketing preferred). - Native-level English proficiency (spoken and written). - Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and online search techniques. - Resilience and excellent time management skills. Position Details: - Type: Full-time, Permanent (In-person) - Location: Mohali, Punjab - Shift: Night Shift (5:30 pm - 2:30 am) - Compensation: 30,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month - Benefits: Food provided, commuter assistance, and leave encashment.
