Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Identity Security trainer/mentor to deliver an intensive, hands-on 11-week program that builds deployment-ready IAM professionals with expertise in CyberArk PAM and Okta Identity Cloud. The trainer will lead instructor-led sessions, run hands-on labs and sprint-based assignments, mentor participants through an enterprise IAM transformation capstone, and prepare them for roles such as IAM Analyst/Engineer, CyberArk Administrator, Okta Administrator and PAM Analyst. Strong platform depth combined with excellent spoken English is essential, as the cohort is delivered to a North American audience. Must-Have Technical Expertise: CyberArk PAM: Hands-on administration and implementation across Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM and DR Vault; installation & configuration; LDAP/AD integration; privileged account discovery & onboarding; safe & platform management; password vaulting, rotation & verification; session monitoring & recording; backup and disaster recovery. CyberArk (advanced): CLI and REST APIs; custom CPM/PSM connectors; Application Identity Manager; Just-In-Time access; CyberArk Cloud PAM; health checks, monitoring and reporting/automation. Okta Identity Cloud: Tenant architecture, users, groups, roles and policies; user & group management, directory integrations, profile editor, group rules; SSO, MFA, adaptive authentication, sign-on & access policies; SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC application integration; reporting, logs and troubleshooting. Okta (advanced): Okta Expression Language; SCIM & Just-In-Time provisioning; Okta APIs, SDK and Workflows; Okta IGA; FastPass; CIAM awareness. IAM / PAM foundations: Authentication vs authorisation, identity lifecycle (Joiner-Mover-Leaver), federation, access governance, Zero Trust; privileged/service/shared accounts and enterprise PAM use cases. Automation & integration: REST APIs and Postman; identity automation workflows; Active Directory, HRMS and ITSM/ticketing integrations; compliance reporting; L1.5/L2 operational support practices. Delivery & facilitation: Proven VILT / instructor-led delivery experience Hands-on lab and sprint-based teaching Mentoring learners to deployment readiness Designing and evaluating scenario-based assessments Managing a full-time, multi-week cohort Experience & certifications: 6+ years in IAM/PAM implementation or administration 3+ years hands-on with CyberArk and/or Okta in enterprise Prior corporate training / mentoring experience preferred CyberArk Defender / Sentry (CDE) certification desirable Okta Certified Administrator / Consultant / Professional desirable Communication & Availability: Excellent spoken and written English with a strong command of the language non-negotiable, given the North American audience. Confident, engaging virtual presence and strong stakeholder communication skills. Available full-time for 11 weeks, working in US-time-zone hours (5 days/week, 8 hours/day) from ~12 August through December 2026. Able to commit to the full engagement without overlap; availability to be reconfirmed before evaluation scheduling. Good to Have: Real-world enterprise IAM/PAM implementation or operations experience (BFSI or large enterprise). Exposure to adjacent IAM tools (e.g. SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). Scripting for automation (PowerShell / Python). Experience preparing learners for CyberArk / Okta certifications. .
