HR Payroll

About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic HR Payroll Intern to support our HR team in payroll operations and employee-related processes. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to payroll management, HR operations, employee data, and HR systems. Key Responsibilities Assist in the monthly payroll processing and related HR activities. Maintain and update employee records and payroll data. Support attendance, leave, and other payroll-related inputs. Assist in preparing and validating payroll reports and MIS. Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve payroll and employee data discrepancies. Support documentation and other HR Operations activities. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information. Assist the HR team with other payroll-related tasks as required. Requirements Pursuing BBA/MBA/PGDM in HR, Finance, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude. Good working knowledge of MS Excel. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to handle confidential employee information responsibly.
