Key Responsibilities: Process end-to-end payroll for 1,0002,000 employees . Manage payroll through HRMS/Payroll Software and manual processing. Handle PF, ESI, TDS, Skilled Tax , and statutory compliance. Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records. Manage onboarding documentation and employee lifecycle processes. Prepare payroll, MIS, and compliance reports. Ensure timely statutory filings and compliance with labour laws. Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for payroll-related activities. Required Skills: Payroll Processing PF, ESI & TDS Compliance Labour Law Knowledge HRMS/Payroll Software MS Excel & Google Sheets Attendance & Leave Management Solid Communication & Analytical Skills Preferred Candidate: 13 years of experience in Payroll & HR Operations.
