Analyst Global Performance Management & Analytics Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India Work arrangement: Fully Remote Role Overview A global organisation is seeking an Analyst Global Performance Management & Analytics to drive global visibility, governance and continuous improvement of operational performance metrics across regions and sites. The role will own the governance and tracking of key performance indicators, identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities, and support leadership reporting and performance discussions. In addition, the position will act as the business owner for digital tools supporting operational excellence, working closely with technology and development teams to define requirements and ensure digital solutions effectively support business objectives. Key Responsibilities Own governance and global tracking of operational performance metrics and KPIs.Serve as the primary point of contact for performance metrics, coordinating with process owners and cross-functional stakeholders.Maintain visibility of KPI status, ownership, progress and performance trends across regions and sites.Identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities and support the development of action plans.Support governance reviews, leadership updates and business performance discussions.Ensure performance measurement approaches remain aligned with organisational standards and business priorities.Act as the business owner for digital tools supporting operational excellence.Define business requirements for digital solutions and ensure they align with operational performance and governance requirements.Partner with technology, IT and development teams to support the delivery and implementation of digital solutions.Ensure digital tools effectively support performance management, governance and operational deployment.Collaborate with global, regional and site-level performance owners to maintain consistent measurement and reporting.Key Stakeholder Groups Global operational excellence leadershipRegional and site performance ownersDigital, IT and development teamsGlobal and regional operations excellence teamsProcess owners and cross-functional business partnersRequired Experience & Skills Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Analytics, Information Systems or a related field.Advanced degree preferred.Experience 79 years of experience in performance management, analytics, operational excellence, continuous improvement, project management or a related discipline.Experience working within a matrixed global organisation.Demonstrated experience using KPI governance and analytics to drive business performance.Experience supporting digital transformation, business systems or digital solution deployments.Experience defining business requirements and collaborating with technology teams to deliver business solutions.Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work effectively across regions, functions and multiple stakeholder groups.Preferred Experience Exposure to manufacturing or operations environments.Knowledge of operational excellence, Lean or performance management frameworks.Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.Experience working with digital performance management tools or business intelligence platforms.Key Skills Performance Management | KPI Governance | Analytics | Operational Excellence | Continuous Improvement | Business Requirements | Digital Transformation | Project Management | Stakeholder Management | Business Systems | Performance Reporting | Process Improvement .
