Site Supervisor (Field Operation)- Civil

Diploma / B.Tech civil with 4-5 years of experience Supervise day-to-day field operations across multiple project sites. Plan, coordinate and oversee installation, maintenance and operational activities. Lead and supervise field teams to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and on schedule. Allocate manpower, equipment and resources to maximise operational efficiency. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve operational and technical challenges. Conduct routine site inspections to ensure compliance with company standards, engineering specifications and safety requirements. Verify the quality of completed work and ensure deliverables meet required standards. Monitor inventory, materials, tools and operational assets to support uninterrupted field activities. Ensure preventive maintenance programmes are implemented and operational issues are addressed promptly. Interpret engineering drawings, technical documentation and site plans to guide field execution. Maintain accurate daily, weekly and monthly operational reports, inspection records and project documentation. Promote and enforce Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) standards across all operational activities. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance productivity, quality and operational performance. Perform any other operational duties assigned by management to support business objectives.
