Duties/Responsibilities: Deliver new hire and refresher training on systems, scripts, competition benchmarking. Coach agents on customer handling, retention strategies, and objection handling. Identify floor-level skill gaps using QA audits, drive Good Calls through call calibrations and coaching. Track and report training impact through dashboards and KPI metrics like conversion ratios, objection handling. Collaborate with Ops, Quality, team to align training with business goals and performance needs. Use role plays, mock calls, and real-time feedback to enhance agent confidence and communication skills. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills. Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods. Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives. Ability to design and implement effective training and development. Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office, power point and related program software. Domain knowledge NBFC,BFSI etc Education and Experience: Minimum Bachelors degree in any field At least 3 to 5 years of training experience required.
