Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Explain the company's financial products and services to clients. Generate leads and schedule appointments for the Relationship Management team. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication. Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information. Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on leads. Achieve daily and monthly calling targets. Eligibility Any Graduate (B.Com preferred). Freshers are welcome to apply. Internship or prior experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, or Client Handling will be an added advantage. Basic knowledge of financial products such as Mutual Funds, PMS (Portfolio Management Services), Securities, Investments, and Financial Markets is preferred.
