Job Summary We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduates in Accident & Emergency Care Technology to join our Medical Coding team. The selected candidates will review patient medical records, assign accurate medical codes based on clinical documentation, and ensure compliance with healthcare coding standards. Assign accurate diagnosis and procedure codes using ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems. Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with client and regulatory guidelines. Analyze emergency department and trauma care documentation for coding. Maintain productivity and quality standards. Identify missing or incomplete documentation and escalate when necessary. Eligibility Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accident & Emergency Care Technology. Physician Assistant (PA) B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing B.Pharm / M.Pharm Pharm.D MBBS BDS / MDS BAMS BHMS BUMS BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) BOT (Bachelor of Occupational Therapy) B.Sc. Allied Health Sciences M.Sc. Life Sciences Other graduates in Life Sciences or Allied Health Sciences Freshers are encouraged to apply. Basic knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic computer proficiency. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills Knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding (training can be provided). Ability to understand clinical documentation. Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
