Job Title : PEGA Test Engineers/Lead Experience : 4 to 8 years Work Mode : Work from Office Location : Hyderabad Notice Period : Immediate Job Description PEGA Test Lead Role Summary We are seeking an experienced PEGA Test Lead to lead testing activities for PEGA-based applications across functional, integration, regression, and UAT phases. The role involves defining test strategy, managing test teams, coordinating with PEGA developers and business stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality delivery. Key Responsibilities Own and define end-to-end test strategy for PEGA applications. Lead test planning, estimation, scheduling, and execution activities. Strong Life and Annuities product knowledge Manage and mentor a team of PEGA testers. Design and review test scenarios, test cases, and test data aligned to PEGA rules, flows, and case lifecycles. Ensure testing coverage for: Case management Business rules (Decision Tables, Decision Trees) UI (Sections, Harness, Portals) Integrations (SOAP/REST, MQ, DB) Coordinate with PEGA developers, architects, product owners, and business users. Drive defect management using tools like JIRA/ALM. Ensure compliance with SDLC / STLC / Agile or Waterfall methodologies. Support UAT and production validation. Identify opportunities for test automation (PEGA Test Suite, Selenium, or other tools). Prepare and present test metrics, dashboards, and quality reports to leadership. Required Skills & Qualifications 7 to 10+ years of experience in software testing, with 4+ years in PEGA testing. Strong understanding of PEGA PRPC architecture, case types, flows, and rules. Hands-on experience in manual and automated testing of PEGA applications. Experience with PEGA Test Suite (PTS) or other automation tools is a plus. Strong knowledge of SQL, data validation, and integration testing. Experience leading teams in enterprise-scale programs. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall delivery models. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Certifications PEGA Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) ISTQB / CSTE (optional) ----------------------------------------------------------------- Job Description PEGA Tester Role Summary We are looking for a skilled PEGA Tester responsible for validating PEGA-based applications by executing functional, regression, and integration tests to ensure high-quality business solutions. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements, user stories, and PEGA design specifications for life and Annuities product Strong Life and Annuities product knowledge Design and execute test cases and test scenarios for PEGA applications. Perform testing on: Case lifecycle and workflows UI components (Sections, Harness) Business rules (Decision Tables, When rules) Integrations and reports Execute manual testing and support automation execution. Identify, log, track, and retest defects using tools like JIRA. Perform data validation using SQL queries. Support regression testing and UAT cycles. Collaborate closely with developers, BA, and Test Leads. Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications 3 to 6 years of experience in software testing, with 2+ years in PEGA testing. Good understanding of PEGA case management and rule-based processing. Experience testing PEGA UI, flows, reports, and integrations. Knowledge of STLC, defect lifecycle, and test documentation. Exposure to PEGA Test Suite (PTS) or automation tools is an advantage. Basic SQL knowledge for backend validation. Experience in Agile or Waterfall projects. Preferred Certifications PEGA Certified System Architect (CSA) ISTQB Foundation (optional)
