The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in HR Operations within BPO, Shared Services, Third-Party Services, or Outsourcing environments . Strong expertise in Learning & Development (L&D), HRIS, Travel & Expense (T&E), HR Administration, Onboarding, Offboarding, and HR Governance is essential. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operational processes, leading high-performing teams, driving process improvements, ensuring SLA compliance, managing client relationships, and partnering with global stakeholders to deliver operational excellence. Candidates should possess excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed, US shift environment. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Global/US HR Operations delivery. Manage L&D, HRIS, T&E, HR Administration, Onboarding, and Offboarding processes. Drive HR Governance, compliance, and process standardization. Manage client relationships and stakeholder communication. Lead, coach, and develop HR Operations teams. Ensure SLA, KPI, quality, and productivity targets are achieved. Identify process improvement and automation opportunities. Support global HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams. Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and management presentations. Ideal Candidate Profile 10+ years of HR Operations experience in BPO, Shared Services, or Global Delivery environments with strong expertise in L&D, HRIS, T&E, HR Administration, Onboarding, Offboarding, and HR Governance .
