SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant | End-to-End Implementation | 3+ Years | Bangalore Location: Bangalore Experience: 3+ Years CTC: Up to 6.5 LPA Notice Period: Immediate to 20 Days Preferred Qualification: BE/B.Tech/MCA/MBA/Any Graduate with Relevant SAP SuccessFactors Experience Job Description We are hiring an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant with hands-on experience in End-to-End Implementations . The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors EC, HR business processes, system configuration, testing, and production support. Candidates with implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support project experience are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Work on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) implementation, rollout, and support projects. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR and business stakeholders. Configure SAP SuccessFactors EC modules based on business requirements. Perform system configuration, functional setup, and solution design. Support end-to-end implementation activities including workshops, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare. Prepare Functional Specifications (FS), configuration documents, and business process documentation. Execute Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing. Coordinate with technical teams, SAP consultants, and business users to resolve functional issues. Provide production support, troubleshoot incidents, and implement enhancements. Ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and adherence to project timelines. Conduct end-user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional SAP modules including Payroll, Time Management, and HR integrations. Participate in change requests, release management, and continuous process improvements.
