Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for enthusiastic and target driven Lead Generation / Telemarketing Specialists for our US Process. The role involves identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads through outbound calling, and transferring interested prospects to the sales team. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving targets. Key Responsibilities: Generate qualified leads through cold calling and outbound outreach. Introduce company products/services to potential customers. Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and transfer them to the sales team. Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM/database. Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and improve conversions. Coordinate with the sales team by providing detailed lead information. Track daily lead generation activities and maintain performance reports. Meet individual and team productivity targets while ensuring quality. Eligibility: Minimum 12th Pass. Minimum 6 months of experience in Lead Generation, Telemarketing, or US Calling is required . Excellent English communication skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection Both sides cabs 5.5 days working
