Understand students' educational background and career aspirations. Recommend suitable Online UG/PG Degree Programs. Lead Management Handle inbound leads efficiently. Conduct timely follow-ups and nurture prospects. Update lead status in CRM/Google Sheets regularly. Admissions Support Assist students with applications and documentation. Resolve queries and guide students until admission completion. Ensure a smooth and positive student experience.
