The company follows international food safety standards and a strong farm-to-fork supply chain to deliver fresh, hygienic, and premium quality products to domestic and global markets Position Maintenance Supervisor Location : Ahmednagar Salary : As per Company Norms Experience: 5 Years (In frozen Vegetables & Fruits industry will be preferred) Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical /Industrial Engineering About the Role The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the equipment and facilities at the frozen fruits and vegetables processing facility are properly maintained and in good working order. This includes overseeing the maintenance and repair of equipment, coordinating with outside contractors and vendors, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to avoid downtime and reduce the need for repairs. Key Responsibilities Oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment and facilities at the processing facility, electrical, and mechanical systems. Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors to ensure that repairs and maintenance are performed in a timely and efficient manner. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce the need for repairs and avoid downtime. Manage the maintenance budget and ensure that all costs are controlled and within budget. Monitor the performance of equipment and facilities, and identify and implement opportunities for improvement. Ensure that the facility complies with all relevant health and safety regulations. Experience in ammonia chillers is preferable Experience in maintaining MIS reports, Root Cause analysis, 5S, Reliability Centered Maintenance, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance system), Experience in facing Boiler inspections minimum up to 5 Ton boiler, Electrical inspection, FSSAI/ ISO audits AND Other utilities like WTP, ETP, STP If you are interested, please revert with an updated CV along with Total Experience Relevant Experience Current CTC Expected CTC Notice Period on savita.p@yorshr.com
