Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions across multiple functions. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
