IT and Non IT Recruiter

Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented IT / Non-IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for both IT and Non-IT positions while ensuring a smooth recruitment process. Key Responsibilities Understand job requirements from hiring managers. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Evaluate candidates based on technical and non-technical skills. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts. Ensure timely closure of assigned positions. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Stay updated on current recruitment trends and market conditions. Required Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
