Job Description Location manager (Express) Position Location manager Retail Banking / CASA Acquisition Location Chennai Experience Required 5+ years of experience in Retail Banking Sales / CASA Acquisition Role Overview We are looking for a high-performing Location Manager to lead and drive retail banking business for a specified location. The role involves end-to-end ownership of CASA business, managing a team of Relationship Managers/Executives (6 members), driving sales performance, and ensuring achievement of business targets across CASA, TPP, and other retail banking products. Key Responsibilities Own and drive overall CASA business for the assigned location Achieve monthly and quarterly targets across CASA, TPP, Gold Loans, and other retail products Ensure growth in NTB (New-to-Bank) and OTB (Existing-to-Bank) customer segments Drive portfolio growth, customer engagement, and revenue generation Monitor branch-level sales performance and take corrective actions Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 6 Relationship Managers / Sales Executives Set clear targets and KPIs for team members and ensure consistent achievement Track daily/weekly productivity and sales funnel of the team Conduct regular performance reviews, morning huddles, and strategy meetings Provide on-ground coaching through joint field visits Drive motivation, engagement, and retention within the team Performance Parameters / KRAs - World of ELITE qualification - CASA value growth (NTB + OTB) - RTD value growth - TPP revenue generation - Incremental qualified portfolio growth - FB growth - Gold Loan disbursement - Booster product achievement - PL/CC sourcing performance Skills Required Team Leadership & People Management CASA Acquisition & Liability Sales Retail Banking Operations Sales Planning & Execution Performance Management Customer Relationship Management Cross-Selling & Revenue Generation
