Role Description This is a paid remote internship role in the Salesforce Internship Program with tracks in Admin, Developer, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud. Interns will assist with Salesforce configuration and administration, including setting up users, managing permissions, and maintaining data quality. They will support the development and customization of Salesforce applications, help build and optimize dashboards and reports, and contribute to marketing automation workflows in Marketing Cloud. Interns may participate in data analysis and integration tasks, document processes, and collaborate with mentors and cross-functional teams on live projects. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience, exposure to industry tools, and practical skills that support a pathway to Salesforce-related roles. Qualifications Strong Administration skills, including user management and basic configuration. Knowledge of Validation Rules and related data quality and process automation concepts. Ability to create, interpret, and optimize Dashboard and report components. Analytical Skills to interpret data, troubleshoot issues, and propose practical solutions. Effective Communication skills for collaborating with mentors, team members, and stakeholders. Interest in Salesforce Admin, Developer, Marketing Cloud, or Data Cloud career paths; prior coursework or certification is a plus. Familiarity with CRM concepts, cloud platforms, or basic programming (e.g., SQL, Java Script, Apex) is beneficial. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or training program in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related fields. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and learn new tools quickly. .
