KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Revenue Accounting & Compliance Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reports for assigned entities/regions in accordance with IFRS and Local GAAPSupport revenue recognition analysis under supervision, learning and applying relevant accounting standardsReview and validate revenue transactions, ensuring proper documentation and controls Financial Reporting & Analysis Support the preparation of revenue-related sections of financial statements and disclosuresAssist in analyzing revenue trends and variances under guidanceSupport month-end and year-end close processes related to revenue Stakeholder Collaboration Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand revenue streams and address basic revenue-related inquiriesLiaise with regional finance teams to maintain consistency in revenue recognition practicesWork with the billing and collections teams to identify and resolve revenue discrepancies Audit Support & Documentation Prepare audit documentation and schedules for internal and external auditorsAssist in responding to audit queries related to revenue transactionsMaintain comprehensive working papers to support revenue accounting positions Process Improvement & Development Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy in revenue accounting processesSupport the implementation of best practices within the revenue accounting functionAssist in system enhancements and participate in finance transformation projects Team Collaboration Support team members during peak periods and provide backup coverage as neededLearn from senior colleagues and contribute to a culture of continuous learning within the teamUphold high standards of compliance, ethics, and risk control PROFILE Essential Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualificationMinimum of 3 years experience in audit, accounting, and/or financial reporting, ideally gained within Big4 firms, KPO organizations, and/or multinational corporationsBasic understanding of Ind AS, IFRS and/or US GAAP; willingness to learn revenue recognition standards (Ind AS 115 / IFRS 15 / ASC 606)Good technical accounting skills with strong attention to detail and accuracyStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)Familiarity with financial systems; exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally) is a plusAnalytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn Desirable Qualifications: CA Inter / ACCA / CMA qualification in progress is advantageousExposure to the financial services or alternative investments industryPrior involvement in process improvements or system implementationsKnowledge of Indian taxation and compliance requirements Key Competencies: Good communication skills able to collaborate effectively with finance teams and business stakeholdersAdaptability able to learn quickly in a fast-growing and dynamic international environmentOrganizational skills able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesTeam player collaborative approach with a willingness to support colleaguesIntellectual curiosity proactive in seeking to understand the business and improve processesIntegrity demonstrates high ethical standards and commitment to accuracy LEADERSHIP & BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES You will demonstrate personal resilience and remain calm under pressure while working in an international company in high-growth modeYou will be able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including business partners and finance professionals across the organizationYou will have a growth mindset and eagerness to develop your technical and professional skillsYou will be detail-oriented while also understanding the broader business contextYou will demonstrate a strong commitment to high integrity and ethics WHAT WE OFFER We are committed to supporting your development, advancing your career, and providing benefits that matter to you.
