Key Responsibilities: Drive zonal sales performance and achieve business objectives.Lead, mentor, and develop Regional Sales Managers and frontline sales teams.Execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives to maximize market share and revenue.Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.Monitor business performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement action plans.Ensure effective execution of commercial strategies while maintaining compliance with company policies.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
