What Youll Do: Make outbound calls to potential clients and schedule consultations with the Love Specialist. Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails, converting interest into scheduled appointments. Provide a positive, professional, and welcoming experience to all prospective clients. Follow up with clients via SMS, email, and calls when needed. Learn continuously about our services, ads, and client-facing materials. Meet and exceed appointment-setting targets and KPIs. Update the CRM and internal systems with client information and outcomes. Collaborate with team members and support departments to ensure a smooth handover. Identify recurring issues or concerns and report them to the Manager. Take initiative to improve processes and contribute ideas for team success. Who You Are At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Great listening skills and attention to detail. Professional phone etiquette with a warm, persuasive tone. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Organized and able to multitask efficiently. Comfortable with flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
