About the Role Spectrum Solar Power is hiring a proactive and performance-driven Field Trainer to support field operations and contribute to business growth across Kerala. This role involves training field staff, coordinating daily activities, improving team performance, and assisting in customer engagement and business development activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field travel, team coordination, and maintaining strong professional relationships with associates and customers.
