Field Associate Interns- Labour Workforce Data Collection

Locations: Noida, Gurugram, Delhi (multiple openings) Type: Internship (Field Role) Eligibility: BBA & B.COM final year students (minimum) Reporting To: Founder's Office About the Role Sharamik is building India's first verified digital identity and job-matching platform for informal daily-wage workers. As a Field Associate Intern, you will be the on-ground face of Sharamik at labour chowks introducing workers to the platform and helping onboard them by collecting their data. Key Responsibilities Visit assigned labour chowks in Noida, Gurugram, and Delhi as per the field schedule Explain the idea and benefits of Sharamik to daily-wage labourers in simple, relatable language Build trust and address worker questions/concerns about the platform Collect and accurately enter worker data (personal details, skills, work history) into the Sharamik system Maintain daily field reports on number of workers approached, onboarded, and data collected Flag ground-level feedback, challenges, or worker concerns to the core team Requirements Currently in final year of BBA (or equivalent) mandatory minimum qualification Comfortable with daily field visits and direct, face-to-face conversations with workers Fluent in Hindi (spoken); basic English preferred Basic smartphone/data entry proficiency Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field What You'll Gain Real, ground-level exposure to India's informal labour ecosystem and startup operations Certificate of Internship and Letter of Recommendation on strong performance Direct mentorship from the founding team Duration: 3 Months To Apply: Apply directly, or mail your resume and preferred location to admin@shramikrojgar.com and in cc- khushi@shramikrojgar.in .
