Responsibilities - Achieve monthly sales and Gross Written Premium (GWP) targets. - Recruit, onboard, and activate insurance agents through multiple sourcing channels. - Drive business growth across Motor Insurance segments including 2W, 3W, 4W, Private Cars, Commercial Vehicles, Trucks, and School Buses. - Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations related to agent licensing and commission payments. - Train and mentor agents/channel partners on products, processes, and company offerings. - Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
