Role Description The Travel Sales Consultant Mumbai role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The consultant will engage with prospective and existing travelers, understand their preferences, and recommend suitable expeditions and self-drive trips. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, preparing customized itineraries, explaining trip features and pricing, managing bookings and payments, and coordinating with internal operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, following up on leads, meeting sales targets, and providing post-booking support to travelers before and after their journeys. Exp - 4-7 yrs CTC- upto 8.5 LPA Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills to understand traveler needs and recommend suitable expeditions.Candidates should possess experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including itinerary planning, booking management, and documentation.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term traveler relationships.Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.Candidates should possess sales and negotiation abilities, comfort with working toward targets, and basic proficiency with CRM and office software tools.Relevant experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality is preferred; a diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is beneficial.Passion for road trips and international travel, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible hours based on customer and business needs are desirable. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNI), ensuring exceptional service delivery and personalized attention. 2. Itinerary Design: Conceptualize, design, and present bespoke travel itineraries aligned with clients preferences, lifestyle, and cultural interests. 3. Sales & Conversions: Convert high-value leads into confirmed bookings through consultative selling, storytelling, and value-based engagement. 4. Collaboration: Work closely with internal operations teams and destination experts to ensure flawless execution of customized travel plans. 5. Market & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on luxury destinations, exclusive experiences, and premium travel products to provide clients with the best-in-class options. 6. Brand Representation: Represent the brand at luxury travel events, exhibitions, and private client gatherings to enhance visibility and strengthen brand positioning. 7. Service Excellence: Monitor client feedback proactively and drive continuous improvements in service quality and delivery. 8. Target Achievement: Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining brand integrity and ensuring the highest standards of client satisfaction. Experience: - Minimum 4-7 years of sales experience in luxury travel or hospitality, with direct exposure to HNI clientele - Strong understanding of global destinations, luxury accommodations, and experiential travel trends - Proficiency in CRM systems and travel booking platforms - Multilingual communication skills (English essential; Hindi, Marathi, or other languages preferred) - Excellent interpersonal skills, with a high degree of emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-centric environment. - A collaborative, creative, and globally inspired work culture - Opportunities for professional growth and brand-building exposure.
