Field Sales Executive Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our software solutions, including Hospital Management Software, Billing & Inventory Software, HRMS, School ERP, and other business applications. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business leads through field visits and networking. Meet hospitals, clinics, schools, retailers, distributors, and other business clients. Present and demonstrate software products to prospective customers. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions. Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM records. Coordinate with the technical and support teams for smooth customer onboarding. Collect customer feedback and market insights. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage). 13 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, or Software Sales preferred. Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply. Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings. Two-wheeler and a valid driving license are preferred. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software. Salary: As per experience + Attractive Incentives + Travel Allowance (if applicable). .
