Role Description The Public Relations Executive role at Katyayani Organics is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhopal. The role involves planning and executing PR campaigns to enhance the companys brand visibility and reputation in the agrochemical and farming sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and distributing press releases, managing relationships with media outlets, and coordinating interviews, events, and briefings. The Public Relations Executive will monitor media coverage, prepare reports, and help develop key messaging and communication materials for both internal and external stakeholders. This role also requires close collaboration with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent and accurate communication across all channels. Qualifications Strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills, with experience building and maintaining relationships with journalists and media platforms. Proficiency in Writing and Press Releases, including the ability to craft clear, engaging, and accurate content for various audiences. Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information effectively and confidently. Knowledge of agricultural or agrochemical industry trends, or willingness to learn and adapt quickly to sector-specific topics. Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. Ability to work on-site in Bhopal, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with social media, digital PR tools, and basic analytics to track campaign performance is beneficial. .
