Industry: Freight Forwarding & Logistics Key Responsibilities - Handle end-to-end customer service activities for Air and Ocean Export shipments. - Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and internal operations teams. - Process export bookings and ensure timely execution of shipments. - Prepare and verify export documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading (BL), Air Waybill (AWB), Certificate of Origin, and other required documents. - Monitor shipment milestones and provide proactive updates to customers regarding shipment status. - Resolve customer queries, shipment delays, documentation discrepancies, and operational issues promptly. - Coordinate customs clearance requirements with the customs brokerage team. - Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customer-specific SOPs. - Maintain accurate shipment records and update ERP/TMS systems. - Support invoicing, job closure, and documentation filing. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction. Required Skills - Knowledge of Air & Ocean Export operations in the freight forwarding industry. - Understanding of export documentation and Incoterms. - Familiarity with shipping lines, airlines, customs procedures, and international logistics. - Strong communication and customer relationship management skills. - Good coordination, problem-solving, and time management abilities. - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and freight forwarding/ERP software. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - 24 years of experience in Customer Service Air & Ocean Export within a freight forwarding or logistics company. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
