Responsibilities Managing end-to-end logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations across RDCs, DCs, and C&F locations. Driving inventory control, cycle counts, physical audits, and ensuring accurate SAP reconciliation. Optimizing transportation, freight management, vehicle utilization, and vendor performance to improve cost and service levels. Leading logistics transformation initiatives, including TMS, WMS, process improvements, and SOP implementation. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence, compliance, reporting, and continuous supply chain improvements. Requirements Possessing 510 years of experience in Logistics, Warehousing, Supply Chain, or Distribution within the FMCG industry. Demonstrating strong expertise in O2C processes, inventory management, transportation, freight operations, and warehouse management. Working hands-on with SAP, TMS, WMS, MS Excel, Power BI, and data analytics tools. Exhibiting strong analytical, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities. Holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
