Role Description Pre-School Teachers at Maple Bear Canadian International Pre-School are responsible for planning and delivering age-appropriate learning experiences that align with the schools curriculum and philosophy. Day-to-day tasks include creating lesson plans, conducting classroom activities, observing and documenting childrens progress, and maintaining a positive, caring, and safe classroom environment. Teachers will communicate regularly with families, collaborate with colleagues, and participate in school events and professional development. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru at the Doddaballapur Main Road campus. Qualifications Strong foundation in Early Childhood Education and experience working with pre-school or kindergarten-age children.Ability to design and implement effective Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development tailored to young learners.Excellent Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues.Knowledge of kindergarten readiness milestones and child development practices.Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or Education; additional certifications in child care or Montessori are an advantage.Ability to create an inclusive, safe, and engaging classroom environment.Patience, empathy, and strong classroom management skills.Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development. .
