Ticketing Manager MICE & Corporate Travel Location: Gurugram (On-site) About MICE & More MICE & More Services LLP is a travel management and PCO specialist handling corporate travel, incentive groups, conferences, events and customized holidays, with a strong track record across India and international markets. Role overview We are looking for a Ticketing professional with solid domestic and international ticketing experience on GDS (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre). You should understand international routings, have worked directly with airlines, and believe in fast TAT and error-free execution. You will manage day-to-day ticketing for corporate travel, events and groups issuance, re-issuance, refunds, cancellations, fare checks, blocks and deadlines while coordinating with airlines, partners and internal teams. Key Requirements Strong hands-on experience in domestic & international ticketing and group bookings Proficiency on GDS (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre) and airline booking tools Comfort with ticket issuance, reissue, refunds, cancellations and fare rules Good communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented, fast TAT, strong time management On-site in Gurugram; prior corporate travel / MICE ticketing experience preferred If this fits you, wed be happy to hear from you. .
