Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Remote) Location: Remote (Field role covering Delhi/NCR) Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Field Sales Executive to drive business growth across the Delhi/NCR region. The role involves engaging with prospective customers, recommend the right solutions from our portfolio, converting qualified leads into sales, and conducting onsite meetings. Key Responsibilities Follow up on company-generated leads and convert them into customers.Conduct onsite meetings for final sales across Delhi/NCR.Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close sales opportunities.Maintain sales activity and customer records.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a level of professionalism. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).13 years of experience in field sales, or a customer-facing sales role. Experience in Automobile industry will be preferred.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to understand customer requirements and provide solution-based recommendations.Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel within Delhi/NCR.Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
