REQUIREMENTS Total experience: 11+ years Strong hands-on experience in Java and React.js. Good working knowledge of Python, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. Experience building REST APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services. Robust understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and experience using JIRA. Experience writing clean, maintainable, well-documented, and production-quality code. Ability to conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and deliver application features and modules using Java and React.js under the guidance of the Solution Architect. Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Build, enhance, and integrate REST APIs while supporting frontend and backend development activities. Write clean, scalable, tested, and maintainable code following established coding standards and best practices. Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and support knowledge sharing with junior team members. Collaborate with client stakeholders and business users to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Track daily progress, update task status in JIRA, and ensure timely completion of assigned work. Support UAT, bug fixing, deployment, release activities, and post-release issue resolution. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including code documentation, API specifications, and release notes. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and travel to client locations as required. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.

Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
