REQUIREMENTS Total experience: 11+ years Strong hands-on experience in Java and React.js. Good working knowledge of Python, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. Experience building REST APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services. Robust understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and experience using JIRA. Experience writing clean, maintainable, well-documented, and production-quality code. Ability to conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience collaborating with business users, architects, and cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel within India and overseas for project workshops, onboarding, and delivery activities. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and deliver application features and modules using Java and React.js under the guidance of the Solution Architect. Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Build, enhance, and integrate REST APIs while supporting frontend and backend development activities. Write clean, scalable, tested, and maintainable code following established coding standards and best practices. Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and support knowledge sharing with junior team members. Collaborate with client stakeholders and business users to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Track daily progress, update task status in JIRA, and ensure timely completion of assigned work. Support UAT, bug fixing, deployment, release activities, and post-release issue resolution. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including code documentation, API specifications, and release notes. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and travel to client locations as required. Qualifications Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Service Region: South Asia .
