Job Details - Role: Kafka Architect / Kafka Platform Lead - Primary Skill: Apache Kafka - Experience: 10+ Years (Kafka Architecture expertise mandatory) - Location: Pan India (As per project requirement) - Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred Key Responsibilities - Lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise Apache Kafka platforms. - Architect scalable, secure, and highly available real-time streaming solutions. - Design event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka. - Optimize Kafka performance, throughput, latency, and reliability. - Define Kafka cluster architecture, topic strategy, partitioning, replication, and retention policies. - Implement Kafka security using SSL, SASL, ACLs, and authentication mechanisms. - Ensure platform scalability, monitoring, disaster recovery, and high availability. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to define streaming strategies and best practices. - Drive Kafka platform governance, operational excellence, and continuous improvements.
