Technical Responsibilities: Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud technical issues across Sales & Procurement, PLM & Manufacturing, Finance & GRC, and DSC & Industry Solutions. Manage system configurations, performance tuning, and background job monitoring. Support integrations between SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud, SAP BTP, and third-party applications. Develop and optimize workflows, enhancements, and automation within respective functional areas. Ensure smooth execution of BASIS activities, including transport management, patching, and security compliance. Optimize SAP Fiori/UI5 applications, Launchpad configurations, and Workzone customizations. Implement ALM monitoring, system health checks, and performance optimization. Technical Expertise by Domain: Sales & Procurement: SAP SD, MM, and Procurement-related enhancements & technical troubleshooting. IDoc/BAPI development, pricing routines, and P2P/O2C workflow customizations. PLM & Manufacturing: Enhancements for BOM, Routing, MRP, PP, and MES systems. SAP DMC integrations, IoT-based monitoring, and automation in production planning. Finance & GRC: ABAP/Fiori enhancements in AP, AR, GL, CO, and Asset Accounting. Security, compliance reporting, and risk mitigation via SAP GRC. DSC & Industry Solutions: SAP EWM, TM, and industry-specific extensions (Retail, Automotive, Manufacturing). IBP integration, demand planning automation, and logistics execution support. Key Skills: Expertise in ABAP on HANA, CDS, AMDP, and OData development. Solid SAP BTP Integration Suite, API Management, and event-driven architecture. Experience in performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting technical issues. Knowledge of SAP ALM, Solution Manager, and system monitoring tools. Ability to work in SLA-driven support environments with global teams.
