Name of the position: SAP MM Consultant Location: Remote No. of resources needed: 01 Mode: Contract Years of experience: 5+ Years Shift: UK shift Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP MM professional with over 7 years of expertise in SAP system consolidation, migration, and functional support. The ideal candidate will have robust skills in both SAP MM and PP (preferred), with prior exposure to the medical devices industry. This role requires leadership in design, configuration, data migration, and interface development, along with a deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle and post-go-live support. Responsibilities - Provide SAP MM expertise to consolidate and migrate from one SAP system to another. - Configure MSRP and related MM processes. - Offer both SAP MM and PP functional support (preferred). - Handle configuration, data migration, interface setup, and functional issue resolution. - Lead the design of MM interfaces, conversion programs, reports, and enhancements. - Develop and maintain systems documentation, including process procedures, functional design specifications, process flows, and test cases. - Support training development and address trainer queries. - Define and manage user authorization requirements. - Provide solutions for MM-related defects (break/fix). Qualifications - Minimum 5 years in SAP MM with hands-on consolidation, migration, configuration, cutover, and interface development experience. - Proven expertise in planning and executing large-scale technology projects, including post-go-live production support. - Strong knowledge of the full software development lifecycle (requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, documentation, testing, implementation, and post-production support). - Experience working with SAP MM in Tier 3 environments; SAP PP experience preferred. - Prior exposure to the medical devices industry is a plus. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Ability to evaluate performance results and recommend major changes for project success.
