Job Title: Photoshop Designer (US N8 Shift) Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad Nightshift Job Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Photoshop Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience using Adobe Photoshop to create high-quality graphics, edit images, and design marketing materials. The candidate should be able to understand design requirements and deliver visually appealing content within deadlines. Key Responsibilities Design and edit images using Adobe Photoshop. Create banners, social media posts, flyers, brochures, and promotional materials. Retouch, resize, and enhance images for digital and print use. Remove or replace backgrounds and perform photo manipulation. Create professional marketing and branding materials. Ensure designs are visually attractive and consistent with brand guidelines. Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements. Deliver high-quality designs within the assigned timelines. Maintain organized design files and project assets. Required Skills Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop. Good understanding of image editing, photo retouching, and color correction. Knowledge of typography, layouts, and design principles. Ability to create creative and professional designs. Positive attention to detail. Strong communication and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field. 13+ years of experience in graphic design or Photoshop editing. Experience with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva is an added advantage. Basic knowledge of social media design trends is preferred. Nice to Have Experience creating designs for websites and digital marketing campaigns. Knowledge of branding and visual identity. Familiarity with AI-powered design tools is a plus. .
