About the Role We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in WordPress Development and HTML5 Banner/Display Ad Development. In this role, you'll build responsive websites, develop interactive HTML5 display advertisements, and collaborate with global teams to deliver engaging digital experiences for leading international brands. Key ResponsibilitiesHTML5 Display Ads & Rich Media Development Develop interactive HTML5 display banners and rich media advertisements. Build engaging animations using Adobe Animate and/or Google Web Designer. Ensure creatives comply with Google Ads and IAB standards. Optimize ads for file size, browser compatibility, and performance. Work closely with designers to convert creative concepts into interactive campaigns. WordPress & Web Development Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites. Build custom WordPress themes and customize existing websites. Develop and maintain PHP-based web applications. Work with MySQL databases and LAMP environments. Convert UI/UX designs into responsive web pages. Maintain website performance, security, and plugin updates. Collaborate using Git and follow version control best practices. Mandatory Skills 4+ years of Frontend or Full Stack Development experience. Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and WordPress. 3+ years of WordPress development, including: Custom theme development Website customization PHP development 3+ years of HTML5 Banner or Rich Media Ad Development. Hands-on experience with Adobe Animate and/or Google Web Designer. Experience creating HTML5 display ads compliant with Google Ads and IAB specifications. Experience optimizing ads for performance and cross-browser compatibility. Good knowledge of PHP, MySQL, Linux, Apache (LAMP Stack). Experience using Git for source code management. Preferred Skills Responsive and mobile-first web development. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Experience working in Agile teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. .
